NetBotz offers certification opportunities so that qualified individuals can distinguish themselves in the marketplace.
Because NetBotz strives to ensure that our customers receive the highest possible level of service, certification is a key criterion in the partner process for each partner type.
NetBotz currently offers two certifications to our partners:
Certified NetBotz Sales Specialist (CNSS)
A Certified NetBotz Sales Specialist is a sales professional with a comprehensive understanding of the information and best practices needed to effectively prospect, demonstrate, quote and close NetBotz sales opportunities.
Certified NetBotz Systems Engineer (CNSE)
A Certified NetBotz SE is a sales or sales support person with a basic understanding of all members of the NetBotz family of products, as well as the ability to answer general technical and usage questions without assistance from NetBotz support staff.
