NetBotz Signs Distribution Agreement with KPCom, Major South Korean Distributor

AUSTIN, Texas - Sept 22, 2003 - NetBotz®, Inc., the global leader in IP-based intelligent physical security solutions, today announced it has signed a distribution agreement with Seoul, Korea-based KPCom Co., Inc., a leader in providing total video, audio and web solutions and products. Under terms outlined in the contract, KPCom Co., Inc. will stock and distribute NetBotz IP-based intelligent physical security monitoring solutions throughout South Korea.

In addition to providing audio conferencing services, managed services for audio and web collaboration and IP network integration services, KPCom resells audio, data and video communications solutions from leading vendors. Its more than 700-plus customer list includes Samsung Electronics, Clorox, Koram Bank, Shinhan Bank, Pohang University of Science and Technology, Seoul National University Hospital and Hilton Hotels.

According to Forbes.com, "Koreans now run one third of their economic transactions through the Net, execute 70 percent of their stock trades on the Net, half of all banking transactions, and constant retail orders around the clock for everything from groceries to furniture."
