(NYSE:AXE), the world's leading distributor of data communications products. Under terms outlined in the contract, Anixter will stock and distribute the NetBotz monitoring solution, which helps medium and large enterprises reduce business downtime, improve response-to-resolution time, and eliminate the need to tap already scarce resources to oversee monitoring of key equipment and spaces.

Today's announcement further confirms that NetBotz has become the leading monitoring solution for companies looking to cost-effectively and productively monitor their key technical and production environments and assets. Close to 1,000 companies now use NetBotz. The agreement also signals the growing importance that monitoring solutions have to enterprises everywhere. With downtime costs typically running anywhere from $10,000 to $100,000 or more an hour, distributors such as Anixter are looking to offer the market a high-value, affordable solution that significantly reduces this impact on the bottom line.

The NetBotz Solution
