NetBotz Launches Accreditation Program
Includes Certifications; Provides Competitive Differentiation to Selling Partners

AUSTIN, Texas- February 18, 2003 - NetBotz®, Inc., the leading global provider of IP-based intelligent physical security solutions today announced it has enhanced its channel partner program by offering a global Accreditation Program, aimed at recognizing those NetBotz partners that have made significant investments in sales and technical training, as well as in demonstration and deployment capabilities.

Launched worldwide in North America as well as in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, NetBotz Accreditation provides the tools partners need to enhance their selling and training capabilities. Foremost is the NetBotz Certification program, which ensures channel partners deliver the highest possible level of service to customers who purchase NetBotz.

As outlined today, the following two Certifications are now available: Certified NetBotz Sales Specialist (CNSS), aimed at sales professionals within partner organizations; and Certified NetBotz Systems Engineer (CNSE), which gives sales and sales support professionals the technical knowledge they need to deliver superior support to end users.
