NetBotz is pleased to announce that we have joined the APC family, effective
October 4, 2005. This merger results in adding the complete NetBotz portfolio of
products to APC's data center infrastructure protection products under the ISX
family of solutions. For you, our clients, this means no change to the high quality
of physical security solutions that you've been accustomed to receiving and now
with the added benefit of full integration of our products to all of the industry-
leading APC data center infrastructure products from racks to management
platforms.

Are you changing/discontinuing any of the NetBotz products?
No, all currently listed products will remain available for sale.

Are there any price changes planned?
No, there are currently no plans to change any prices.

Will the NetBotz products work under the APC ISX management platform?
Yes, in the first quarter of 2006, all NetBotz products will be integrated under the
APC ISX management platform.

I'm a reseller. Will my relationship with NetBotz change?
No, your relationship with NetBotz will not change unless you'd prefer to
work through your APC relationship if you have one.

Will the discount I currently get from my distributor change?
NetBotz does not control any discount levels, but our distribution partners
have stated that there is no plan to change discounts on NetBotz products
at this time and all current programs remain in place.
